Violation against seniors
How is it allowed, a seller says he sends a package, questions himself about the tracking number, mentions it in a message. Then all of the sudden he finds the tracking number, but this tracking number was being used by another order. It’s okay because eBay will never know. I’ll show eBay proof that the package arrived, it’s just not the right package. When questioned by it it’s the buyer’s fault. eBay was at first was not even going to refund my money. I worked hard on the bids, and want what I won and paid for. eBay needs to look at all the evidence. Now this seller relist the item and eBay rubs my face in it by sending me a email on the items in dispute!

·3 years agoIt's not clear from your post if you never received your item or if you received the wrong item. It's also not clear if you got your refund, it sounds like you did. If you did receive it, there's nothing else to be done. There is no way eBay can force a seller to complete an order. If the seller continues to do this, they will be removed from eBay.
