Violating Policy
My listing for a camera has been picked up (obviously automated computer system) as violating policy not to offer to sell outside eBay. Well I haven't done that on my listing. BUT I cannot reply to a message, I cannot get to my listing despite several Revise Listing links, my listing does not show up on my seller section of my account, it seems to have disappeared or been removed by some blunt, unintelligent detection computer system.
I cannot directly message anybody at eBay or get any sense from automated messages that are sent to me, they do not tell me specifically why or how my listing violates any policy. This is beyond frustrating.....

Mentor1 year agoeBay removed the listing and you can no longer use it. When the bots or the AI look at listings they remove all spaces and punctuation from the wording and then look for prohibited items in the remaining string of letters and characters. This can cause the automatic systems to see strings of seven to ten digits to be determined to be a phone number or any use of the "@" to be considered as a web site link. Were any of these things on your listing?
