As a consumer I have been disappointed too many times when buying “new without tagsâ€. eBay has to control these abusing sellers selling “vintage style†when it’s actually pre owned selling under the disguise of new without tags condition. eBay please penalize these sellers, or get rid of them. They are ruining it for all sellers!

Mentor11 months agoUnfortunately since eBay never sees the items listed on the site there is little they can do before hand to the seller. This is why the buyer has the eBay Money Back Guaranty for 30 days from receipt (except for trading cards where it is 3 days from receipt). When a buyer opens an "Item not as described" case this is marked on the sellers account and it they get too many of these cases eBay will take action against the seller. The key is to open the correct kind of case so the sellers account is marked.
