Hi I'm trying to determine if I can sell sealed vintage cigarettes. I received a violation notice. Listing title "Rare - Vintage TRUE Menthol Ciggarette Pack, Sealed, Lorillard Greensboro NC"

Basically you must sell an empty package if it is collectible. Once an item has been removed for violation, you are now on the radar. Never relist an item that was removed. You could find yourself suspended. You will have to empty it or sell it elsewhere
