Has anyone had listing views decrease from one day to less views the next day? For example, 6 views one day, the next day is 4.

Views are calculated in the last thirty days by default, so if an item has been listed long enough, the amount of views can go up or down as older views are no longer counted.
In addition, eBay will remove some views from the count if it is determined that the view was the result of a "bot" rather than a person.
