Viewing Large Item to Assess Condition for Making Offer
Can anyone advise what the eBay protocol is for being able to view a large item that is listed as Make Offer? I want to view the item in person to assess the condition of used mill that was made during WWII. The mill is eBay item 14758592546.
By looking over the mill I can make the seller a reasonable offer or decided that the machine has too many problems for me to consider making an offer on.
