Viewing a listing for an item I've already purchased
I purchased two wrist watches two days ago, and they have been sent out for shipping by the sellers. Now I see that when I try to look at the listings for the items, eBay will not let me see the listings, and it's the same whether I try to go through the app or my browser.
Additional units of the watches are still on sale, but eBay will not even let me look at those listings. I just see a message that says "You purchased this item," but without the photos and information that were in the original listing.
Yes, I know I purchased it, but I should still be allowed to look at the listing for the item I purchased if I choose to. Does anyone else have this problem, or know a way around it?

Mentor3 years agoIf browser links are opening automatically in the app, you need to disable that feature.
On an iOS device, tap and hold an eBay browser link and select "do not open in the app".
On an Android device, go to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by Default: Open Supported Links and choose "Don't allow app to open links".
Then browser links should open in your browser and you should be able to view completed transactions using the links in your Purchase History.
