View offer isn't working

Question

For the past week or so, when I click on a seller's offer, I see a pop-up with the spinning wheel of doom. The pop-up never loads with any text and I can't accept the offer. I've already lost one purchase because of this malfunction, unfortunately. I've tried clearing the cache (in fact, I usually clear it at the end of any period spent online anyway) and I've tried a different browser. It's the same story. Help!

@nrrit_4dkvtt7v As a workaround, see if you can view the offer using the eBay app if you are having problems using a browser. Or try viewing the offer on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
