Videos wasn't posted and here's why
After posting about 30 videos to 30 different listing only 3 where accepted. I called 4 times with no explanation. One, that was removed
was 8.05MB, 720x1280 , 720p, .MP4 , all were at about the same. I even made the videos without sound. I list rocks and minerals. Why are some accepted and most are not?

Were you notified the videos were rejected?
It can take 24 hours or so for a video to be reviewed and approved.
I looked through about 10 listings and found 5 videos; I suspect they are still processing.
Check back tomorrow.

OP2 weeks agomost of the videos I posted and or re posted took about 4 days for them to be rejected and the same comment comes up "your video wasn't processed and here's why" and sends me to the Policies link.
I have remade many videos and reposted them only to get this countless times. For some reason some are falling through the cracks and the rest aren't .

Are you still having problems with your videos? I know it's counter intuitive but other sellers have reported that making the video at least a minute, while not going over the 150 mb limit that it solves this problem.

OP1 week agoYes I uploaded another 10 to 10 listings and all were removed , all under 15 seconds

Mentor1 week ago@genuinestone Did you try the longer video as I suggested? I know it's counterintuitive but others said that if the video was at least a minute that it worked.
