Videos not visible in my auction listing on Browser, but can see on mobole
I made 5 auction listings. I used the ebay scheduler to start them a day or so after I created them. While they were pended in the scheduler I went in and uploaded videos to each of them. I could see there they went into "pending review" as expected and passed that and were fine.
Now that the auctions have started, if I pull them up on my phone the video for each is present and watchable...but if I pull up the same listings in a browser on my computer the video is not there. I've tried when logged into my account and when logged out. I've tried in safari and in chrome. I even opened safari on my iphone and found the listings that way and no video. If I open the eBay app on my phone I can see the videos.
I called eBay support and the representative said it looked fine for him when he pulled it up in a browser. Then I had a friend, on a different service provide and in a different location try and no video. I am finding it hard to believe that all customers can actually see it (example eBay ID 375462006274).
Does anyone know why this is? or if its just me for some reason? Are potential customers really seeing a video? If not, how do I fix?

OP2 years agoThe video is also present if I click edit in a browser - I can see it there while editing
