·2 years agoYou can't send a video within eBay messages, but you can add one to your listing if using the advanced listing form.

I suspect you may have started with the simple Quick Listing form, which may not support video. In that case, you could upload your video to YouTube and provide the link to the buyer or add the link to your listing description.
Are you able to upload the video here? It must be relatively short and in MOV or MP4 format.

Mentor2 years agoYou can upload a video into your listing. Go to Seller Hub > Listings > Active
Locate the listing, click on EDIT. Go to the Photos & Videos section and click on UPLOAD VIDEO.
