video upload inconsistencies - some approved - most rejected. And I'm sending same size / format.
why do some files get approved and some rejected? No answer provided. Getting no help from Ebay.

Do the video sizes and format meet these requirements? Videos should be in MP4 or MOV format, the maximum file size is 150 MB.
You can contact eBay and ask why the videos were rejected. I recommend using eBay for Business on FB so you don't have to deal with getting past the chat bot.
