I placed a video in this listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256250266036 There is no image to the video - only white space with the normal "Start Arrow" in the middle of it. I have videos in other listings where you see my product as a "Thumbnail" or "Splash" image like normal - i.e. you can see my product before you start the video. So, why doesn't this video show an image - and how do I get one to appear like normal? Thanks!
