Victim of scammer buyer
Hello there,
i have been victim of a scammer buyer who used two accounts to buy the same items, 1 ordered 11 items as soon as I was going to confirm the sale and get the label, another sale popped up for 1 item, so thinking that the 11 items is to be sent to the last popped sale, so I printed the label and sent the 11 items to the buyer with one items thinking that was only 1 buyer, few days later the second buyer sent me a message saying that he didn’t receive the items . After chatting with him back and forth , I understood what happen , I checked the account with 1 items, it turned out that it has been created the same day of the sale, and he has received the 11 items, I tried to contact him , he doesn’t answer. I understood that it was a scam done by the same person to get the 11 items for the price of 1 , and obviously he will ask for a refund for the 11 items he didn’t receive supposedly.
what to do? Could you please advise me.
