You can often tell a lot about a seller by examining the seller's feedback page, paying careful attention to feedback from actual buyers of similar items.
Currently that seller is away until the end of April, so you have time to research alternatives if you have not made a purchase yet.
You may be better off choosing a vendor that is not located in (or shipping from) another country, as international transactions can cause added expenses, delays and complications compared to domestic transactions.
