Very unfair feedback needs to be removed
I received a very unfair feed back that needs to be removed . I cannot do this myself how can this be done ? It remains at the top of my feedback list even when I buy something I won the case with this person and should not have this feedback at the top of my feedback list like this . Please help Thank-You !

Customer service should be willing to blank out the text for you - sellers are not allowed to leave negatively worded positive feedback. But you have to ask.

To speak to customer service, use the link on the right side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
