Very Disappointed
I'm having a very hard time sending a message to eBay. Am I the only one?
I bought a glucose monitor and the picture I saw was a glucose monitor. The company sent me an Oximeter instead.
eBay is making it difficult for me to return it.
Maybe it's time for me to cancel my account and start shopping at amazon.
What do you think?

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in. The buyer has up to twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in after starting the case before time runs out on a refund.
Generally it is not necessary to contact eBay customer service by sending a message.
