very difficult to have help from E-BAY
Dear Sirs, I've ordered tea from Zhangxiuran two months ago paying 36 US Dollars for the shipping of 600 grams tea.
I'm buying tea in e-bay for many years, with other providers and most times with free shipping, and I've never had problems.
Now the seller is telling me, when I'm asking him about my purchase, that I have to wait.
All of you must know that the estimated time of delivery, in the moment I've made the payment, was of one month, more or less.
In the same day of the purchase I've ordered another tea from the GOARTEA Company; the shipping was for free and the tea is arrived in 20 days.
So please, E-BAY STAFF, I want to be refunded and I want to tell you that your Customer Service is very complicated to understand and I cannot find how to enter in contact with you!!
If I compare your Customer Service with the beautiful Amazon Customer Service yours is very Unuseful.
With Amazon I receive, in few moments, a call from very kind people helping me in a very inmediate and useful way.
So, please, help me to be refunded. I want to cancel the purchase.

Don't wait too long to file an item not received claim ... you can do that one day past the original estimated delivery date even there in Colombia ... if you wait past 30 days then you can't use eBay for a claim and will have to use either PayPal or a credit card charge back depending on how you paid.

I've written, in my previous message, that the first estimated date of delivery was about one month after the purchase but I've not written that after, the estimated date of delivery, has began shifting more and more.
Now, in this moment, in my Purchase History, this purchase is DISAPPEARED!!
So I can't see anything about this purchase.
I insist telling that the E-BAY Customer Service is really a nightmare, compared with other customer services.
Incredible; I'm very disapointed.
I cannot understand how to enter in contact with E-bay.
In any case thank you for your answer.
