Very different prices on the exact same Kobe Bryant card

I am new to this site, I am a little confused on how pricing works? I see a Kobe Bryant rookie card going for $800 and another exact same card is going for $5000! They are both PSA10 and they both have at least 30 watchers?

Sellers can list their items for any price that they want. It is up to the buyer to know what a reasonable price for the item is.
