I've contacted them twice. 3 days in (Saturday morning): Sorry, I had to visit the "baby doctor," the post office will open on Monday. I understand if you cancel.

Still not shipped on March 16.

Cancelled.

Will this seller still have a perfect rating if I cancel?

-Did the Seller cancel or did you "request" a cancellation, those are two VERY different scenarios.

-If you requested a cancellation the Seller does not have to honor it so the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

If they cancelled you should receive a message and the reason they cancelled ... if they used the Out of stock reason their account gets a bad strike on it, any other reason they use to cancel does not come with a strike.
