Very bad experience.
Summary: chris-69680 shared a frustrating experience where a package was supposedly delivered to a business, but the delivery photo shows someone unrelated receiving it. The business was closed at the time, and there is no tracking information available. Additionally, they are struggling with an inefficient, automated bank process for resolution and are left with no option but to wait.
Well I'm not sure what's going on but the sellers said I signed for it but it's to a business and the photos clearly showing the business is closed and he hands the package off to somebody that look like is serving food. However, the business is not a restaurant. I don't know what delivery service they use and it's extremely frustrating dealing with a bank which is totally automated and is extremely inefficient. Waiting for a product just because no one can track it. I have absolutely no tracking information. All I have is a picture saying something was delivered but the mail person says they don't have it and there's nothing I can do about it but wait

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to your Purchase History, locate the item and click I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THIS ITEM. The seller will have to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered, or refund in full within 3 days. If no responce, go back to the case after day 3 and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
