Vero Strikes should be automated. I think there is conflict of interest.
Ebay is valued at 26.59 billion dollar company. Yet they cannot come up with prompts that stops Vero strikes before they start? Why let someone list a brand that it doesn't allow? Have it prompt you in the beginning of the listing. I wouldn't list anything knowing so, just seems ridiculous this cannot be fixed by automatically. Also the process for which they take random listing rather than known older listing is pretty suspect to me for conflicting interests.

VeRO members can have specific items pulled (counterfeits, unauthorized use of photos, misrepresentations, etc.). It's not necessarily the entire brand that is banned. It's up to the VeRO member to notify eBay about what items to pull for infringement of intellectual property rights.
