VeRO Infringement Policy

Question

I had an item removed because it said I violated the VeRO Infringement Policy. I do not understand why my listing was removed when there are other listings still up with the same company name?

Can someone please help understand why my listing was removed when the others are not?

There are many possible reasons, and we can't see your listing because it was removed. It can have to do with using stock photos that belong to the company that owns the trademark, for instance, or it can be related to a number of other possibilities. There should have been some detail in the message you received. There should also be an email address for the company that requested the removal where you can reach out to get more detail and ask them if you can change anything to get them to remove the infringement notice. Only they can remove it, unless you contact them and they do not respond within 5 business days, in which case you can reach out to eBay and let them know.
