Just a warning… if you are reseller like I am. Do not list any type of quick fill water balloons. You’ll get sued by Bunch O balloons. In May 2023, I bought a pallet and it had a box of quick fill water balloons. No name brand, logo or anything on it. I posted my own photo without any logo, brand name or anything on the entire listing. My listing was flagged and removed. Ok whatever. Then I got an email stating I was being sued by bunch o balloons, they won and I was to possibly pay up to $100,000 per item sold. Only sold 1 but still. Then they had eBay to put a hold on my payouts. So I call their attorney and do all kinds of research to make sure this was not a scam. They wanted $500 to issue a satisfactory of judgement to resolve this case. It’s been a horrible mess. I just sent the $500 and I hope and pray my payouts get released. I don’t know but just wanted to get this story out there because it’s actually absolutely ridiculous. I feel violated on so many levels. 😞 anyone else? There were almost 200 other eBay sellers on this same lawsuit I was in.
