I want to buy a scroll saw and need to verify my age using a credit card. I am well over 18 and dont have a credit card. The automatic help is no use. How do I move forward on this issue.

If you registered a debit card that has a Visa / Master card logo on it that should suffice. You may be running into the problem with age verification, because you are currently logged into ebay's U.S. based site, and not your home site ( ebay.co.uk ) U.K. site's community.
