Verify identity/policy violation time to resolve?

Question

I am trying to sell on eBay for the first time and I now have a block on my first listing as eBay wants to verify my identity. I have done all that and now my listing says it's a policy violation and every time I try to resolve it I get an error message. I assume eBay is just taking their time in verifying my identity but not sure. Anybody know how long this takes?

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:

My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information

Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
