Verify debit card for payouts
Why is it so hard to get ahold of eBay. Been trying for 4 days to change my payout method. And waiting for an email to verify my debit card and still haven't received one

Mentor1 year agoYou need to supply a checking account for payouts: routing number and account number from a brick & mortar bank. Once you opt into Express Payouts, then the payout can be sent to your debit card for a $2 charge.
