Did anyone else receive a message this morning from eBay asking sellers to contact their buyers to verify their address?

Mentor2 years ago@fivestateshopper That's odd. I do only receive messages from eBay in eBay messages and no emails because of my preferences.
Are you sure the email is from eBay? If it's from eBay it would be in your eBay message folder too.
Maybe it was in relation to this issue that some sellers experienced yesterday>

OP2 years agoHi, Yes, it was in my eBay messages also. I did reach out to my 5 customers today; 3 replied with correct addresses so I believe the issue is moot now. Probably was related to that issue you mentioned.
Thanks.
