Hello eBay Community,

I recently created a new eBay business seller account for my US LLC. After completing the registration and verification process, my account was approved and eBay Customer Support removed the previous restriction, confirming that I could sell normally.

However, shortly after creating my first listing, my account was restricted again. I received an email saying that my activity was temporarily restricted because eBay had concerns about my seller account and that I should contact Support for verification.

I contacted eBay by phone and spent around 25 minutes answering their verification questions, including my name, email, business information and other account details. After completing the verification, the agent told me that there was a note on my account stating that it could not be reinstated and that the account was considered high risk. Unfortunately, they could not tell me the specific reason.

I have not received any orders or completed any sales on this account. I am the genuine owner/beneficial owner of the business and I am willing to provide any additional identity, business, or verification documents required.

I would really appreciate guidance from an eBay Community Mentor or anyone who has experienced a similar situation. Is there a way to request a manual review or obtain clarification about what specifically is preventing reinstatement?
