Verification to Restricted nonsense. EBAY SOCKS!
Hi ALL,
Ive been a member for 27 years and have sold/bought hundreds of thousands of dollars on ebay. I havent sold anything in quite sometime and then i try to and i need to verify with bank info and drivers lisc. OK So thats all done and they email me to resubmit my drivers lisc. I do and there was nothing wrong with the first submission. There is an AI mix up or something silly. So almost 2 months later and three phone calls.
First call: We will have someone call you. NOPE
Second call: OHHH it takes a long time just wait. NOPE
Third call: You are suspended and there is no recourse. GOOD BYE. (So i cursed and got a be nice message lol)
Such a joke of a company EBAY has become. Its 2026 people. You can verify 100$K in credit in 2 minutes and you cant verify I have excellent credit in weeks. This is going to be a great YOUTUBE video.
Someone in EBAY management needs to be FIRED. NO DOUBT this type of service is costing EBAY millions.

(Yes Im annoyed to no end. The customer service is abysmal.)
