Ebay won't verify my acct since there is a watermark on license that they say is blurred or resolution isn't high enough. I have taken several pics-the last one on a phone where on my screen at 37% covers the entire monitor. They won't let me change names on the account. They are with holding my payments and I can't sell.
They say there is no higher supervisor to handle problem. I have talked to numerous agents and uploaded many times at different suggestions from agents
