Verfying identity
All I have at the moment is an expired state I. D. Card. I'm not able to get a new one because I have to get my birth certificate from another state and the,y want the same thing, an unexpired I. D. Card. Kind of a Catch 22. My question is , how can I get Ebay to tepmporarily lift the hold on my payouts, even if it's only for 1 time, so I can hire a company to get this birth certificate. Thank you in advance.
