Mentor2 years agoNo, invite the member to bid on the auction. It could be a scammer, or it could be someone that thinks the price will go much higher. Since many bidders wait until the auction is almost over, your best option is to let it run to the end.

Mentor2 years agoVerbal agreements mean nothing to eBay and they cannot enforce this agreement. Many users toy with sellers by promising to make a purchase and then not following through or trying to scam the seller after the supposed purchase.
