Venmo
I'm not making myself clear . I was told to download venmo on playstore so I did . I even added it as on my payment methods. Now what I need to know is do I need to wait to get the card in the mail before I can use it ... then how come the option to pay with venmo is not coming up when I check out ?

You can ADD Venmo to your payment options.... go here to link your Venmo account to your Ebay account:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
Click on "Add card/account". Then you will see the option to link your Venmo account to your Ebay account.
After you have added Venmo as your payment method, you will see Venmo as a payment option on the Ebay checkout page.
