Vendor's package arrived empty. Only two small pieces of paper inside
I ordered a butter knife from an Ebay vendor. When the package arrived it was an empty Amazon envelope containing only two small piece of paper, one is: A Gift For You From Seller, Amazon gift receipt. The other piece of paper showes the Amazon item, the order date and a bar code for returning or replacing your item with Amazon. The vendor refuses to explain why this was sent by Amazon and refuses to believe that the package was empty. I've tried to work with Amazon but they could not find this purchase on their side. The vendor says I should check with my neighbors to see if they have it. How does an Ebay seller use Amazon as a deliverer. How do I get my butter knife or my money back?
