a week ago I bought an item, approximately four days later and when I saw that they had supposedly provided a tracking code, but the item still hadn't been shipped, I wrote to the seller and his response was a great surprise to me, he tells me that the same day I made the purchase, he canceled the item and told eBay that he was not going to sell it, eBay has never changed the status, and the item continues with the normal status that it is on the way with false tracking information, eBay does not give me an option to cancel or claim my money, and I have to wait until May 16, 10 days later to get my money back, this is not fair on eBay's part because they make me wait 10 days if the seller on the same day of the sale told eBay that he was no longer selling the item and canceled the sale, what can I do?
