Vegetable Ivory Buttons
Ebay is prohibiting my listing because they think vegetable ivory is an animal product. It is a nut from the tagua tree. Ebay will not let me speak to an agent to explain.

Sadly, the word "ivory" triggers the AI monitoring system to flag the listing and yes, eBay prohibits products made from animal ivory but other NON-ivory products get flagged and removed .. like ivory colored items, etc.
If you try to create a new listing just use the Tagua Nut reference and leave the word ivory out of the listing. And if you see other listings that are active with the word ivory then they may eventually be taken down or blocked is someone buys them. Again, incorrectly so but eBay's computers have not been programmed to make the difference.
