VAT refund - charged twice (check out & delivery)

Hello,

I live in France and purchased an item in the US.

At checkout, Ebay added VAT fees / import duties and I paid for them (obvisously otherwise I couldnt check out).

Now the item has arrived in France and the post office requires me to pay the VAT/duties fee AGAIN so I can get delivered. I paid AGAIN.

How do I get ebay to reimburse me??

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.

In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
