VAT paid twice
Hi, when placing an order (seller in Australia, buyer in Germany), VAT was included in my bill as a buyer and I paid it. Upon receiving the parcel, I was forced to pay VAT again. Please help me to refund the VAT I paid.

You have posted about your issue, in ebay's U.S. based site's community (ebay.com) . However, we here in the U.S. do not have VATs. You would probably get better answers about what to do, if you post about your issue on ebay's Germany based site's community ( www.ebay.de ) use the blue link to login to that site.
