VAT on imports
I recently bought antique items for a toy shop from Germany and have been charged full VAT whereas I understood antiques were charged at 5%. What can I do

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
