OP1 year agoI'm selling an iron on transfer for $4.95. I charge $5.50 shipping, which USPS in turn charges me $4.18 or so. This packing slip shows $17.36 shipping plus $4.46 VAT. I have opted out of international shipping for this very reason. Would you like to pay $26.77 for a sheet of paper? Thought not. Please advise how I can go to domestic shipping only. Thank you wooden flower.

I totally understand - I sold craft supplies, most under $5.
On this page - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf - opt out of international shipping (it looks like you are still enrolled).
Then, on that same page, edit exclusions and check all of the international boxes, and save. (The exclusions override the opt in, in case it gets switched again.)

That is the zip for the Glendale Hts IL international shipping center. If you are sending an international package, your buyer may be charged VAT depending on his location. You should not be charged.
Can you describe what you are seeing?
