VAT
Hi. I have won several auctions. At the check out I always paid the VAT. Now the three sellers haven't declared it so receiving the items the customs asked again for the VAT and I had to pay it. They told me I had to contact eBay so they can refund the VAT amount from the check out. Is this correct and how can I get in touch with eBay. The automatic assistant couldn't help on this matter.
