Variations or sizes

Question

Recently I have noticed that some of my listings are being flagged by ebay stating I need to change my sizes. when I contact them they say I need to pick a size. Some of my listing may have 9 / 10 for girls or size 10 / 2X for larger sized underwear for bigger woman. If I choose 1 or the other then I am splitting half of my clientele out of the picture and can't sell to the whole population needing that size. What do I do?

In item specifics, you need to pick one of the 'standard' sizes. Example 9 or 10

In your title and description, you can use 9/10.

You can also include a photo of the tag.

This change is so the size filters on the left work properly. Your buyers will only be able to pick from the standard sizes in the filters. (But a text search will pick up the the title)

It is probably A.I. that is causing the problem. It does not understand that some manufacturer's items sizes depend on the buyer's build. So by giving two sizes in the item title, it flags the listings. I do not know much about women/girl clothing sizing but maybe if you listed the items giving a general size Sm. Med. Lg... etc then in your Seller description give the Mfr's. sizes 9-10 Girls, or 10 / 2X, the buyers will know what it means.

If you are trying to set up a multiple variation listing for different sizes available and are using the app, you have to switch to the desktop website, You can use a phone's browser to do that, to list an item with variations. the link below tell you how to do that.
