value of an item.
I have tried several different things since ebay changed their format on the website. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong? I used to go to solds and figure out a value based on that. Now it just flickers on and off. I do not get to see the item description. It has the number of sold items on the top but I can not see the items or the price. Am I doing something wrong? I tried to find a phone number for them with no luck. Does any one have a phone number to talk to a live person, because the internet keeps go to Contact Us and Help/Contact us Question.

Mentor11 months agoI have been looking at sellers' SOLD items all day in order to reply to their questions, and have no problems. I am using an ad blocker, but that is not interfering with anything.

If you are using an ad blocker, try temporarily disabling that. Or try disabling other browser add-ons.
Or try another browser entirely to see if that makes a difference.
