Valid payment method error when trying to purchase store subscription
I tried to purchase the basic store subscription, but i get an error saying i do not have a valid payment method installed. While I do have a creditcard installed as a payment method.
what can i do?

OP1 year agoI just tried deleting the payment method and adding it again and then trying again, all on the dutch website (ebay.nl) still same error. anything else i can do to avoid this?

I tried using your link, I get exactly the same issues as before. I have a payment method added (mastercard credit). But when I try to buy a subscription I get the error saying I do not have a valid payment method (on Dutch & English websites).
Please help me out further/give me an internal E-bay contact since I need to make this work asap.

You are located in the Netherlands.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.nl
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.

I just tried to do the same on the ducth website, but the same error occurs.
