Vague message from buyer 20 hours after purchase to cancel?

My buyer bought a book at an offered rate. This morning. 20 hours later, I get a message from him simply stating "Please disregard this purchase."

I spent considerable time finding a properly sized box and packing the book. Was gonna print the shipping label this morning right before going to the post office. His payment has already been accepted.

Am.i obligated to cancel the order?
