Utilize the insurance you purchased with an item
Purchased a set of small digital jewelry scales and they just stopped working one day. They turn on but when you try to weigh an item it doesn’t move the digital readout just days 0.000. I tried to make a claim a while back if I got a reply I missed it in my email I do not think I did get anything back. I thought I may have submitted it incorrectly. If I can get pointed in the correct direction to fix this problem this is
