usps worst delivery service
I placed my order and during the transaction I saw that the shipping carrier was UPS. Today I received the tracking number, but I see that it is being shipped with USPS instead. I have had bad experiences with USPS in the past. How can I make sure that for this and my future purchases the shipment is made with carriers other than USPS?
My bad experience with USPS was that I bought a MacBook and, according to them, it was delivered to my address, but this was not true. They never delivered the package; I even checked my cameras and no one appears making the delivery.

Mentor8 months agoIf it is important for you to NOT have USPS as the carrier, be sure to check the item description, and you could also use the CONTACT SELLER link to confirm that shipping will be done via UPS or Fed Ex.
How long ago did you purchase the MacBook?

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.

OP8 months agoThank you for your feedback. This happened at the end of October 2025 and, after many emails and providing evidence, they decided to mark the order with the note: “We changed the outcome because we determined that the item was stolen after delivery.â€
Because of that experience, whenever I buy something and the shipment is handled by USPS, I feel I cannot fully trust it. That is why I was asking how I can make sure that shipments are handled by carriers other than USPS.
From now on, for every purchase I make, I will contact the seller to request that they ship via UPS or FedEx instead.
