USPS will not honor shipping label
How do you contact ebays customer service? Have tried the automated assistant. No matter what question I ask it responds "Something went wrong". Why is it so complicated/difficult to get to a customer service representative?

Is USPS objecting because it is a laptop with a battery?
If so, you need to print a Hazardous label which you can do on eBay
You should cancel the current label and buy a new label with the Hazardous designation.
Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
Then, you can print another label:
1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select View Order Details, then Get Another Label <<==
3) Select Contains non-hazardous materials

You'll need to print a label like one of these on a piece of paper to attach (you don't need to buy an expensive label, just print and tape)
