USPS tracking not filtering into Ebay
Hello, I have 2 items that were scanned by USPS on time and they have been delivered to the buyers within 72 hours of shipping them. The tracking is available with USPS tracking, but it is not showing in my Ebay paid and shipped items. It only shows that the tracking number was provided (it looks like the carrier never received them even though they did). This will affect me negatively if not corrected. *Question: How do I add the tracking information and/or how do I contact a live person on ebay to add the tracking information for these items to show as shipped and delivered? Thanks for your help!
